1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways.

2. How we use it
- Create and manage your student account.
- Deliver courses, certificates and purchased documents.
- Process payments and send receipts.
- Answer support questions.
- Send product updates and the weekly digest, if you opted in.
- Detect fraud and improve the platform.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are useful. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits and your billing country.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payment, email) and when the law requires it. If your employer enrolls you, they can see your progress and certificates for the courses they bought.
6. Retention and security
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterward. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop marketing emails at any time. Email compliance@safegrid-hse.org and we will respond within 30 days.
